Vitamin - Copper
I was taking 2mg of copper a day up until I dropped for some reason. My dietitian had me double the dose and take it away from my other vitamins and minerals. It's up to mid range now. If you do supplement extra zinc and copper, make sure they are away from each other. I hadn't heard that copper helped with skin and hair, but I heard about zinc.

By everything I've read the past few days, it's best taken close to bedtime. I will have to look but I think it said Calcium is ok to be taken with but not other Vits/Mins.
I had some thinning skin on the back of my knees so I have been on a search as to "why". It has to do with a copper imbalance of some sort. Once I get is all figured out, I will let you all know.
Vitalady prepackaged vites come with iron and copper together. I take iron and copper together at bedtime.
