Don't waste your money!  There's a whole world of designer vites out there that won't hurt you but they will make your wallet a lot lighter.  Just like all the gimicry the OTC weightloss people put out there.  No one would have WLS of any kind if all we had to do was take Lipozene.

There's no calcium in this.  And we tend to get too many b's from taking multiple doses of multiple vitamins every day anyway.  And a decent multi will have this stuff in it anyway.

The only medication that I know of for BONE LOSS would be in the class of medication like fosamax.  Those medications actually slow bone turn over and increase bone cell production.  If you have a DEXA scan and your T score is below -2 that would be an indication to try this medication.

Most OB/GYN's or Endicrinologists will prescribe this medciation after testing.

I am 53 and paranoid as hell about my bones.  I have fallen badly recently and didn't break a bone which I attribute to my supplement schedule and my labs verify that I am getting the right amounts.  Plus I get a dexa scan EVERY year.

I take Calcium Citrate 6 times a day.  With my big morning batch and then spread out by at least 90 minutes throughout the day and then again with my big night batch.  With the Calcium I take Magnesium Citrate, and  Dry D .  May seem like over kill but I know my bones are strong and I do what I have to do to keep it that way.

If you follow VitaLady's plan you won't go wrong.

Why don't you go to vitaladys site and send the link to her. She will give you her opinion.
