Its been awhile. Life has been crazy, but no excuses. I just haven't taken the time. Weight loss mode. Only 37 more pounds to go.
B: Taco meat with Greek yogurt, 1/2 shredded cheese and cut up tomatoes. (I know I'm weird)

L: Pork chop & salad
S: Greek yogurt & strawberry shake made with 1/2 & 1/2 and ice cubes. YUMMO
D: Ground beef mixed with white queso cheese, 12 chips
S: I know, I know I ruin myself at night, sour cream and onion chips, I wanted something crunchy, I should have gone for the pork rines.

Can't post until I get a grip. The dysfunctional relationship is finally over. So I am now in the healing process and will start taking better care of myself. I need to make some friends, and get back to dog training and things will change for the better for me.
I have SO much to be grateful for. I wear a size 4 for goodness sake. I can DO anything almost (physically) and have strength and endurance.
I just got a brand new car.
Time to get over a tough year and get back on track. I can thrive not just survive.
I'll post when I am eating appropriately which I hope will start soon.

2 pc hemp/walnut/blueberry/cinnamon bread heavy butter
polish sausage & few bites of bun
SF choc pudding made with 1/2&1/2
