Hope you had a good time tonight....will looked forward to your report.
Day #2 of "cutting back" and still really hungry.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes

S: adkin's chocolate chip granola bar
L: crab and avavcado sushi
S: adkin's cranberry almond bar
S: handful of trail mix
D: hot dogs
S:?????maybe a protein shake if I get hungry

6 sl turkey bacon

ham salad

tostitos

macadamia nuts

tootsie pop

double protein coffee

cream cheese crockpot chicken

few bites of brown rice

sm slice pumpkin bread

planned:  double protein coffee

maybe some popcorn

vites.  missed a calcium

fluids:  70+ oz by bedtime

Its been awhile. Life has been crazy, but no excuses. I just haven't taken the time. Weight loss mode. Only 37 more pounds to go.

B: Taco meat with Greek yogurt, 1/2 shredded cheese and cut up tomatoes. (I know I'm weird)

S: Protein coffee

L: Pork chop & salad

S: Greek yogurt & strawberry shake made with 1/2 & 1/2 and ice cubes. YUMMO

D: Ground beef mixed with white queso cheese, 12 chips

S: I know, I know I ruin myself at night, sour cream and onion chips, I wanted something crunchy, I should have gone for the pork rines.

Vites: All in

Protein: 130+

Water: 90 oz 

Exercites: None

Can't post until I get a grip.  The dysfunctional relationship is finally over.  So I am now in the healing process and will start taking better care of myself.  I need to make some friends, and get back to dog training and things will change for the better for me.

I have SO much to be grateful for.  I wear a size 4 for goodness sake.  I can DO anything almost (physically) and have strength and endurance.

I just got a brand new car.

Time to get over a tough year and get back on track.  I can thrive not just survive.

I'll post when I am eating appropriately which I hope will start soon.

Chocolate martini and crab cakes sound great...

3 eggs, 9 pc bacon
protein shake
2 gr beef patties, buttered sweet corn
2 pc hemp/walnut/blueberry/cinnamon bread heavy butter
polish sausage & few bites of bun
SF choc pudding made with 1/2&1/2
