I was in stallville USA not too long ago!   but once i got passed it i have been consistently loosing 3-5lbs a week since those 2 LONG weeks!!  i may not be loosing as quickly as some but slowly but surely it is coming off!    i avoided the scales and just followed the rules and i made it through!!

so to those there, been there..  or will be there..  b/c you know you will!   it will be ok!!   u will make it through!!

p.s.  can somebody please remind me of this when  i am back in my next stall??  LOL

Happy Monday All!

I agree it will break...  I stalled for 11 days and then lost 4 pounds the next two days!

This is also a time to try on new clothes.  I'll bet you fit into smaller sizes now, and it puts a positive spin on the stalls, too.

That is great Lucy and awesome attitude towards stallville.  I hope I don't have to visit it too often but your right, I am still amazed every day that it is coming off.  I don't know how many times I have read the DSfacts plateau section but I find it helps.  I also think that it gives my brain a chance to adjust to my changing body.

And yes I find that after a stall is when my body re-adjusts the most.  Went shopping yesterday for a dress for a wedding in two weeks and I am now flirting with a size 16 from a size 28 almost 6 months ago.  I can't believe it. It is almost magical.

hmmm  I am down 46 from December.... maybe I should go try on a smaller pair.   I keep thinking it wont fit but I just might be surprised.

i don't know if there is a "secret".   i have just been trying to follow the rules i have learned on this site.   my doc is ok.. but i have learned more here than from anything!

now that i am past 6 weeks out... i can excersise..   so im doing that 2-3 times a week at the gym..  i limit my carbs to under 50, i make sure and get my protien, vites, and water in..

and luckily so far im following the rules and it is working!

i notice u are only 1 month out..  that is where i was when i was in stallville..  don't get idscouraged!   i love like 12lbs post op really fast,...  then nothing for over 2 weeks...   slow and steady is good...

just keep making sure u are doing everything right and the weight loss will start back up!
