These are worth trying. I checked them out on Bariatric Advantage. Link: https://www1.bariatricadvantage.com/catalog/group/77102/

Yes, those are the kind I found.  I saw them on another site for $2/each though.  Which I don't think is too bad of a price.

That's a lot of money to put out for 25g of protein isolate.

You can make your own protein shots, by just using 3 oz. of  water or dairy and whey protein isolate of some fruit flavor.

Nobody says you have to use a lot of liquid when you mix your protein.

I dont' think I could even make a scoop of protein powder into a cake-batter texture with 3oz of water.  Which is why I was a little skeptical about these.

I have a couple of these around to use when traveling or in a pinch.  And they are beyond "yucky"  I guarantee you will not be able to hold your nose and gag down the whole thing in one swallow!!

I ordered a few from Bariatric Advantage. They were around $2 each. The look legit. 100% whey and PDCAAS 100. They have 25g protein and100 calories.

Taste - a strong fruit punch flavor. I like a very small sprinkle of Crystal Light in my water so I'm not used to strong fruit flavors. But the good news is that it doesn't taste like a protein shot, you know, with that protein after taste. Didn't taste that at all. The only thing I didn't like is that they have more of a thin yogurt consistency rather than a thin liquid drink like crystal light.

They can be kept at room temp so they would be great for travel or just to keep in your purse. Anywho, there ya go. I say try them for yourself if you need another way to get protein or have some on the run.

I just had one! My nutritionist gave it to me to review.  It went down easily and was quick to consume! I would love to buy more. My doctors office charges $4.00 each but I'm sure I can find it for less. The other thing I like is the portability although the shape of the container makes it look like a sex toy. ;)
