I'm a second stager and I've only lost 21 pounds since my second surgery! Only - I mean isn't that awesome! I'm slooow but trying...

My highest weight was 365 and I had the sleeve at 335 and the DS at 262 and I am now 241. I've lost 94 pounds since my first surgery two years ago and I'm 124 pounds down from my highest weight. I still have quite a ways to go... but even if I never lose another pound - my diabetes is gone! That's my eye on the prize. Whoot!

Paleo bread is ok. Better toasted or grilled but its like eating real bread... Dry bread... But at 40 cals and only 1 net carb... A nice substitute! I actually found a gluten free store that carries it in their freezer aisle so I didn't have to pay for shipping. The loaf will last a long time - no doubt.
