Help, Just had the DS
I was going to say something negative but I know this is not the time or place for that.
If you go really low carb you will be able to loose, just not as quickly as some of us were able to who got tiny tummies and shorter Common Channels.
I am 5'8 and started at 262. I am now at 147 and am trying to get under 145.

For the record, I would have used Ungson, but could never get in contact with his office. It is what it is. Maybe I will do just fine with my 60 bougie and 130 cm. I wouldn't have questioned it in the first place, but it seems like I hardly see anyone on on here who has a 60 bougie.
What about 130 cm is that common?
I wish I could find the research paper, but I had read where there is not a whole lot of difference in long-term weight loss between bougie sizes. But it is also rare that people, regardless of procedure, hit and maintain their goal weight. Not to burst anyone's bubble, but just being realistic. Just talking averages here.
Considering that you're starting out at not too high of a weight, the additional size could be more helpful in the longer run in terms of nutrition.
Believe it or not, you're considered a "Lightweight", so these adjustments may serve you well in the long run to keep you healthy as well as still being able to lose weight. Yes, they're larger than typical, but you're much smaller than typical and the end result is that you're still working with only a fraction of what you had before, so I would expect you to do just fine.
