Sausage gravy, scrambled eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
choc protein shake
tuna salad
little cheese burgers on waffle fries
beef broccoli and small amount of rice
chia and hemp seed in yogurt

vites: Y

Cites: dog walking, hooped 30mins
