Glad Gina replied.  I was only on a BlackBerry last night and I've not figured the whole copy and pasting thing with that.

Below is a pic of the ones I had yesterday.  I think berries would be a better option than SF but I really enjoyed them.

I was glad about your number you thought I got yesterday.  I actually ate some more Atkins bars which made me sick I think they must have "itols" in them.  One is all I should eat in one day.

So far today I have had four slices of fried cheese.

I walked the dogs.  I am advised to walk the dogs for 45-60 minutes twice a day but that has never happened.  I shoot for one walk a day and don't always do that and it is only for 30 minutes.

My vites containers need refilling.  Finding it really hard to find the motivation to do anything to take care of me.

Need some tough love I think.

I have no plans to eat anything else today.  I am staying hydrated.

EDITED:  I did my pills for 4 weeks and made a list of what to order from VitaLady tomorrow.

I ate two burgers with cheese and a big bag of popcorn.

So that is about like yesterday.  I checked my Atkins bars and only one of three types I have on hand has itols.

Going to watch Downton Abby.  Maybe I will find some protein to snack on.

Yeah, most of the Atkins have itols in them there are only a couple that don't--peanut butter granola is one that's safe.

Tough love isn't enough to help that much. You have to love yourself and your dogs enough to do the things you're supposed to do for you and them. What kinds of things help you get out of funks like this?  You have to take some steps to makes things work long term.

Look here lady, you are beautiful and worth the effort. Don't let that negative relationship affect you to the point where you have a wound. If you gave it your all then you did your best. If he didn't then its his loss. You are worth the effort so get up and git'r done!

Try increasing your protein shakes for a couple weeks and see if that helps the hunger and carb cravings. I hope you can snap out of your funk too.

I am so out of it I didn't even know you HAD PS.  Congrats.!!  I hope you will feel like upping your protein to help you heal.  What did you have done?  I have dreams of getting my face done but I don't think I will ever have the money.

Becky,
Last July I had a tummy tuck with a hernia repair and last week I had a breast lift. Still adjusting to my new anatomy. . The breast lift was much easier and less painful.
