First Goal - CHECK

My first goal was to see a weight that started with a 3 instead of a 4...and I achieved that goal today when I stepped on the scale.  399!!!!  How amazing does that feel!!!!!  Granted, I did start taking a diuretic because I've been retaining so much water, but I still count that as a victory and I'm claiming it!!  Time to set a new goal.

Congratulations.  That is an awesome milestone.  My philosophy is if I see it on the scale then its real.  I know the scale number is important no matter how much they tell us not to weigh ourselves but please remember its not the only important indicator.  Try and set non scale goals for your self as well so you can have mini victories along the way.  They can bring a smile to your face in times where your body needs a bit of time to re-adjust...

Congrats on all the hard work.  You made it!  Getting below the 100lbs segmens (200, 300, 400 and up) is a major milestone.
