Siggi's Drinkable Yogurt w/Probiotic

I keep trying Greek yogurt.  This week, I added my Chocolate Protein Powder and Almond milk and it came out to be a mousse.  For some reason, I struggle with it.  I don't know if it's the taste, texture or what.  I've tried adding splenda etc.

I found this yogurt w/Probiotics at Whole Foods.  The price is right at $1 (a *****eaper than Greek yogurt but not the 18 grams of protein).  I tried this - adding my protein powder to it and it tastes wonderful!  It only has 4grams of sugar, 5 grams of protein so when I add protein to it, it makes it 26 grams of protein which is respectable.

What do you all think?  I bought the plain one.  SEE SIGGI's HERE  I really like it!  No gas or gurgles either!  I'm so conscious of what causes this now!

I keep my carbs less than 50 a day.

26 gms of protein is not bad for Yogurt.  And finding brands that do not cause gas/gurgles/diar. are golden in my book.

I just checked my greek yogurt.  It has 15 carbs and 4 gms of protein.  Disappointing. (But I love the taste)  I guess I was sleeping when I put that in my cart.  I never thought about mixing my powders in it though.  That just put the protein at 29.  Thanks.

I buy their 6 pack of probiotic drinks - they are full of probiotics and no added sugar.  I love them.

Thanks... I just wanted to know I was ok using it... There is another one I tried this morning but it's a bit pricier than the Siggi's... Called Lucky Layla "no sugar added" plain.  Added my scoop of protein.  It's great - pricier though!

I think any way to get probiotics in our gut helps us!
