Hi guys. Woke up to a ton of snow this morning! We've been so spoiled with these warm winters that now I have to face the reality of living in the North again lol.
B- Adkins shake (15g)....found if it's super chilled, it's doable
B2- 1 egg scrambled with ham and cheese
S- cashews, cup of 2% milk
S- 10? M&Ms
L- Roast beef and caramelized onions in a mushroom gravy
S- 2 cheese cubes
D- Toppings off 1 piece of supreme pizza and a few bites of crust all dunked in TONS of garlic butter (Love my DS lol)
S- turkey deli meat and a pickle spear dipped in ranch dressing

HW: 274.5 -- SW: 266 -- GW: 130?
