So far for the day & part of the plan:
BITES: (DS WL Mode)
B - 1 protein coffee
S - 1 sausage patty, 2 eggs, 1/3cup of Avocado
S - Pecans, 1 protein Yogurt Drink
S - 1 banana & some Nut Thins
L - protein shake
S - Yoplait Yogurt mixed with Vanilla Protein powder
S - A few bugles (I was at work and out of Nut Thins), needed the crunch
D - ?
S - Protein Shake
Before even having dinner, I'm at 156grams of protein for the day.
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 4 done
iron: NA
evening batch: done
EXERCITES:
none. I walked the dog but didn't go far today.

Been pushing the fat to get the scale moving, but I'm really pushing at my limits (a few too many BMs last night!!). I can cope on the weekend, but I'll pull back on the fat a little during the week.

great day. met brother and sil at dad's. had lunch, then drove home in a snow squall. not too bad, only added about 1/2 hour to the entire trip home.
double protein coffee
pickled egg
8 sl turkey bacon
toppings off 2 slices pepperoni/mushroom pizza - only ate top crust off one piece
1 cookie
double protein coffee
macadamia nuts for the ride home
scrapple sandwich - 1 sl rye toast, cheese 3 sl scrapple - yum-o!
planned: double protein coffee & maybe some popcorn
vites: bedtime batch pending
fluilds: lost count. probably 80 oz by bedtime
