B1- 1/2 of a muscle milk (10 g)

B2- most of a scrambled egg with cheese, 1 sausage link

S-tried to eat a shake cake...only got about 2 bites devil

S- cashews

L- steak fajitas (no tortillas)

S- tried making cream cheese pancakes...ate 2 small ones.

D- chicken breast, 4 tortilla chips dipped in salsa con queso and sour cream

S- ???

Exercites: does potty training a toddler in a townhouse where the only bathroom is upstairs count??  I should have buns of steel in the next few weeks lol.

Hi, you are ten days a head of me :)  Did you have a hiatal hernia repair? I'm excited that in ten days I might be able to eat that! lol  PS loved the buns of steel comment :)

Hi all, I feel off the wagon a bit for the last couple days do to mac and cheese(1 cup) Wed and Chinese food yesterday(rice and sweet and sour pork)  but today back on track, hungry in the morning but subsided by lunch.

B: protein shake, no fruit

2B: 3 eggs, 3 slices bacon

D: protein bar

S: garlic and cheese slices

S: 15 jellybeans

D: protein shake, with yogurt and blueberries

Weight is up again by a couple lbs this morning, so back on track, planning to give away the jellybeans, I was possessed when I purchased them.

Struggling to stop loosing weight still.

Lunch:  6 slices of bacon, 4 slices of sausage, 3 eggs scrambled with cheese (Waffle House Rocks!)

Dinner: 2 huge slices of meat pizza.  I ate the crust.  I haven't eaten pizza crust since before surgery.

After dinner:  Adult beverage: 6 carbs

I will have an Atkins bar for another 15 grams of protein and some diet hot chocolate made with heavy cream and SF topping.

I understand-- just be careful the carbs don't take over.
