Does the insurance company think I lost then regained 100 pounds in 2012? That is what it would take to put me under the 240 mark so they can refuse me. I think they hire people who want to torture us for fun.

God isn't going to jump through the hoops that are before you. You will have to do that yourself..Ask your doctor to please get you the records in one week not a month. Ask really nicely and explain how urgent the situation is.

Thank you for the reply and encouragement. I am not expecting God to jump through hoops for me. I am the type that believes that you do for yourself. I have been working my rear off since January 3rd to get all this done. In one month I had, sleep study, psych eval, stress test, labs, nutritional eval, and all my stuff needed for the insurance company already turned in. ****il they called today)
I was told by the insurance lady working with me that she has never seen anyone so on top of it. I keep a folder with everything scheduled and checked off and I call daily until stuff gets done. They asked for a TSH I had it the same day and faxed in two days later. Today, I drove an hour and half to meet another surgeon so I could decide on who I want. Nurses can be a pain when they themselves are patients. lol. I was talking about giving my stressed out emotions and exhaustion to God over the silliness of insurance companies and doctors offices. I know exactly why they are doing it...which is what makes it humorous and irritating. LOL.
I already told the med assistant that one month is unacceptable that I need it as soon as possible. She said she will try. I will call her again in two days. I was just venting and making light of the delays that people give over something so easy...I had two visits last year which means she only has to pull two charts to get my weights and she says it could take her a month. So silly.
It is all just red tape...unfortunately. Still it felt good to vent and I certainly won't give up...if anything I am more than annoying till I get my way. =D
