Decided to change my body, what will I look like?
So I am 1 lb away from my ultimate goal of 145. I am so elated that I am here! I get lots and lots of people telling me I look very small. Then I tell them what I weigh and they are flabbergasted that I weigh 146, they swear I look 20 lbs smaller than that.
Now its time to transform my body again! Before my weight gain I was an athlete and I was an avid outdoors'woman'. I am planning on taking up several very demanding hobbies. I am planning to do a very extensive workout program called Insanity. I will take pictures, measurements and weight every week. I want to put most men into the dirt! I am so excited to start this journey! I am also scared to put my body through that as well. I need to make sure I am getting even more protein and even more fluids. This is going to be very very hard! Also have to take embarrassing underwear photos .... :(
Goals:
Stamina
Strength
Agility
Shred inches off my body
Smaller waist
Healthier bones
Healthier good cholesterol
Tighten up my skin that is flabby
Fit into a bikini and look good
Sweat out my depo shot
I have no weight goals because this is not about weight this is about being healthier!
I will be starting this the end of February right before my birthday :) What a great present for myself. I can't wait to see what my body will transform to!

Thanks Patty:) Uggg Tell me about it! I have skin on my tummy that I know is not going to go away until surgery. What I am hoping for is tightening my arms and thighs. I don't' have a ton of loose skin, the most is on the tummy. I also want to be in great shape before I get pregnant and then continue to work out while pregnant (if doctor permits). Still all that endurance I will gain and those happy endorphins!
