Not much to tell here. Fighting with PCP to get bloodwork done. I'll get it done in March at the latest when I see my consultant, but he'd like to discuss the results, rather than just 'chat'. At least I have you guys to help me with the results though for which I'm really grateful!! :-)
I'm sure that I'll be fine whether I get them at 6 months out or 8 given that I'm following the Vitalady program - so at least my supplementation resembles something sensible!!

Yesterday ws a long clinic then a basketball game and fall into bed. Today ws another long clinic day but I can stay home tonight and go to bed early.
I'm feeling almost "normal". Haven't gotten used to my "new appearance". Stitches out tomorrow.

I see you are doing your happy dance for getting out for a walk today. Woot!
Now that I'm back on my Prilosec, my tummy problems are gone. I have been eating non-stop. Not sure where I'm putting it all :)
B- 3 sausage links
S- 1/2 of a protein hot chocolate (about 7g)
S- 6 M&Ms I stole from DH
L- leftover beef Hunk O' Critter with tons of the onions/sauce on top thickened with a bit of cornstarch to make it more like gravy
S- large handful of cashews
L2- a second plate of the beef roast (it was that good!)
D- turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayo on 1/2 of a low-carb wrap. 3 bites of corn dripping in butter
S- plan to drink a muscle milk (20g)
Fluids: got a little behind today because I was eating so much. Gotta push until I go to bed.
