Hello
B protein shake with 2 strawberries and 1/2 banana
S; mixed nuts
L: roast beef with gravy and a little bit of potatoes
S; protein bar
D; pork chop, small amount and veggies and to much mac and cheese,( to hard to resist)
S; protein shake
all vit. in except bedtime.
very hungry in the afternoon til dinner not sure why:(
Sometimes I think our hunger levels are sensitive to weather changes. There's no explain why we get hungry in fits and starts like we do sometimes.

Atkins frozen dinner (see post)
I have a new computer and haven't found my protein counting website. Can you recommend one that is easy to use?
I almost always have an Atkins bar in the middle of the night. It seems to help me go back to sleep and is probably a sign that I am not getting enough protein during the day. I'm working on it.
I need some new ideas of easy to fix, easy to eat protein sources. I can't even drink my Atkins drinks that I used to love.
But at least it has been a while since I didn't eat all day.

tootsie pop (on the road sitting in traffic 2.5 hrs)

fluids: 90+ by bedtime
