Hi guys,
Looks like a lot of us are in for some scary weather. Stay safe and have a go bag full of vitamins, protein powder, bars and water ready in case you need to move out quickly.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
S - JayRobb protein bar
L - protein shake (30g)
S - cheese & NutThins
​S - JayRobb bar
D - steak and baby spinach salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner

EXERCITES:
none

More snow?  I hope everyone stays safe.

Boy oh boy was I hungry today.  I don't really know what more I could've had.  Maybe I have some sort of 6 month itch for food!! :-S

Any tips? I don't think I can get much more protein in. Could be coz my BMI is 23. IDK.

BTW I can't push the fat much more either.  Any more than 150g a day and I get diarrhea :-S

OK, a little more exercise I think.  I'm starting to take my lunch to work more often, so I should be able to walk for almost an hour and get a teensy bit of vitamin D into the bargain.  I think I'll keep plodding away with the food mostly as is.

I'm just worried about falling off the wagon and the honeymoon being over. I know I'm gonna break my DS one of these days

Hi guys.

Had my 6-week checkup today. I spent over 6 hours in the car today...and a long time in the office too since I had to see 3 different people.

I packed a bunch of snacks with me, but I have hardly been able to eat anything!  I figured out when I took my morning batch of vites that I had forgot to put my Prilosec in for the whole week.  So I hadn't taken it since Saturday!  I think I figured out why my tummy has been giving me fits.  Hopefully by tomorrow it will settle back down.

B- few bites of greek yogurt

S- 3 cheese cubes

L- about 1/4 of a western double bacon cheeseburger with bottom bun removed   

L2- another 4 bites of the burger about an hour later.  But still ended up throwing away quite a bit of it :(

S- got down an entire big bottle of Muscle Milk on the road (25g) WOOHOO!

D- leftover EN's beef hunk o' critter, 2 bites of corn with lots of butter

S- cashews if I feel up to it

 

Vites: forgot to take my lunch batch when I stopped for lunch

HW: 274.5 -- SW: 266 -- GW: 130?
