Yeah true. I drank a few sips of it, but it just turned my stomach. I think I liked the Muscle Milk better. These just have a weird flavor that remind me of that Unjury they gave me in the hospital.
So the search continues! lol. Too bad I don't like coffee! I bet that really helps get it down.

Kind of tough being back to work, although today went better than yesterday. I still feel pretty week and washed out. Stitches cone out Friday.

results of my dexa scan were not good. don't understand. how can i have 10% bone loss from last year, and calcium levels in my labs stayed in the good range?
