Yeah true.  I drank a few sips of it, but it just turned my stomach.  I think I liked the Muscle Milk better.  These just have a weird flavor that remind me of that Unjury they gave me in the hospital.  

So the search continues! lol.  Too bad I don't like coffee!  I bet that really helps get it down.

I had a good day on the road as always on Tuesdays. 

Inside only of two bacon/egg/cheese biscuits

Inside only of Double Big Mac: Two burgers, two slices of cheese and mayo

Double Down

Two Atkins Bars

And I'm still hungry!!!!  I have not gotten enough fluids in.  Going to be drinking water all night to catch up!!

Kind of tough being back to work, although today went better than yesterday. I still feel pretty week and washed out. Stitches cone out Friday.

results of my dexa scan were not good.  don't understand.  how can i have 10% bone loss from last year, and calcium levels in my labs stayed in the good range?

3 forkfuls of pot roast

1 baby beet

dont feel bad, just dont care about eating

Rats! Sorry to hear that. How are your hormone levels? Vitamin D3 is good as well?  Time to add more vitamin K2, boron and mag cit?

D3 is very good.  i take vitalady's D3 -  50k worth every night.  will check k2 level and report back.  mag cit, doesn't that keep things flowing?  boron???, i will google.
