S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
S - JayRobb bar
L - protein shake (30g)
S - cheese
D - BBQ chicken and green beans w/corn
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:  
omega 3: 
iron:  
evening batch:  

EXERCITES:
walking

What's protein coffee? I wish I liked Greek yogurt! It's disgusting!

Here's how I do protein coffee.

1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 or 1/2 cream / 1/2 water
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of Syntrax Nectar vanilla with a dash of cinnamon) and an extra packet of Truvia
{shake} until blended
Pour into large mug 
Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine)
{stir}

Add hot liquid to cold liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.
  

 

I sweeten plan Fage 2% Greek yogurt with Splenda and little tiny blueberries, but it does take a couple of tried to get used to it.

Hi, I worked all night so my bites up to know are

 - 1/2 quesida made with chicken and cheese

- 1 cup of yogurt

- a few m & m's from candy machine at work

- protein shake

-Dentist is next on my list this morning then home to bed

- roast beef with gravy for supper

Weird, my post has your vites, which states exercites 'none'.  I'm pretty sure I posted about my having a 20 min walk, hence your reply.  My bites are actually below... I'm confused now - which doesn't take much!! ;)

Hi guys.  Just not very hungry today.  I didn't sleep well last night, and I've felt kinda blah all day.  I am going to make a cup of hot green tea soon and see if that little boost helps.

B- 1 egg, ham, cheese omelette (ate about 3/4 of it)

S- cashews and about 8oz of milk 

L- 1/2 of a low carb wrap with turkey, cheese, mayo, tomato, and a pickle  (ate about 2/3 of it and 2 bites of the pickle)

D- Probably a salad with taco meat, cheese, tomato, ranch dressing

S- shake and cashews

I never got down my adkins shake yesterday.  I grabbed it from the fridge, looked at it, and just wanted to puke.  I just don't get it!  So today I have already decided that it is mind over matter and I'm drinking that darn shake no matter what!
