People who have seen Dr. Stewart

I am researching Dr. Daryl Stewart in TX. I would like to hear from people who have had a revision from RNY to DS with him. Which hospital did you use and would you recommend it to others? I see he is associated with 4 or 5 hospitals in the area. I live in TN and would also like info on local hotels close to the hospitals.Thanks so much.

My name is Sarah Zink, and was Dr. Stewart's first revision from RNY to DS. 

LOVE his work. I was a 'hot mess' inside - stomach adhered to liver, lots of problems, virtually zero weight loss. I was on the table for 6.5 hours - and came out virtually re-built! He's an awesome Dr.; his bedside manner is a little matter-of-fact, but I'd do it all again with him. Sue from his office is stellar, as well. 

I'm 4.5 years out, maintaining 90lb weight loss (would have / should have been more, but I fooled around), and ZERO problems (except those that are a result of my eating the 'wrong' things).

I was at Denton Regional, and can't say enough about their compassionate care.

I'm glad a revision patient came through to post.  I wasn't sure how many were revisions, but there are many fans here for him.

I am a Dr. Stewart revision and he is awesome and so is his office staff.  I would do it again tomorrow.

I started out with the surgeon that did my original RNY and after much research I quickly turned to Dr. Stewart.
