I am 8 months out and have lost 144 pounds. I feel fantastic. I have more energy, more confidence, more life and more vitality. I am having a blast shopping in the "regular" size stores. I have no money to buy anything, but trying things on is a blast. Here are the pics.

P.S. I love your shower curtain! How do you like the rounded out shower curtain rod? Can you tell I'm in my "it's a brand new year, let's decorate and organize phase"?

096096 keeping my carbs at no more than 50 keeps me losing. Today has been a horrible carb day so it will show on the scale. UGH.
