Inside Out Scotch Eggs Anyone tried?

So, now I have gone to the website http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com and have been checking things out.  I normally don't like eggs with anything but cheese.  These looked so good!  I think I am going to have to try them.  They sound so easy! 

I'm thinking to add some swiss cheese, sausage, egg!  Sounds yummy!

 

 

I love scotch eggs. I've been making them for years! I hadnt though about them in awhile and they will be a perfect ds food! Thanks for the reminder! (I will use crushed pork rinds in place of the flour.)

That's funny -  I was just thinking about Scotch Eggs yesterday and deciding they would be perfect for DS.  Can't wait to try your version, also.
