double protein coffee

9 slices turkey bacon

hard boiled egg

sunflower seeds

1/2 roast pork samich w/dill pickles

mini carrots

few chips

sm slice pumpkin bread

double protein coffee

pork chops

1/2 very small baked potato

1/3 c sauerkraut

3 oreo cookies

vites:  all's good

fluids:  90+ oz

I slid a little in our neighborhood but that was it.  My folks, that have to drive, had a choice to come in or work from home. I'd much rather have snow than ice.

Good evening, I worked last night and had

nuts

garlic and cheese cubes

glass of ice tea, goodhost

protein shake

B: one slice french toast with syrup

S: 2 sausages, a little rice and green beans

2 coffee

off to work another night shift
