Does BCBS Federal cover a Revision for VSG to DS?
The key is medical necessity with BCBS. It might take a little documentation work, but if your surgeon has good insurance people working in his office that will work with you, and the doctor will back you up with a letter along with your charts, it shouldn't be a problem.
