I cook them for ~15 minutes at 380 degrees.

I like mine with extra butter and extra Splenda and cinamon sprinkled on top.

It's just a lot quicker than frying them individually, plus folk don't have to worry about flipping them in the pan.

Butter is good on just about everything. ; )  I'll look for a pan like this the next time in the kitchen store. Thanks!

Yes, I've been having them a while, so I need to play with toppings.  Devonshire cream was one good suggestion - that'd be good with a few berries on top methinks!!

Hello Huneypie - I LOVE your idea of using the muffin top pan to make these, and I'm thrilled that you like my cream cheese pancakes recipe enough to share it, but I'm afraid it's not ok for you to cut and paste my recipe and photos into this forum as it is copyrighted material.  I understand that it makes it easier for you guys to find, but this is my livelihood and when people post my content it removes the need for them to come to my site which is how I cover my expenses for developing and sharing my recipes.  Please remove the complete recipe from your post.  For future reference, you have my permission to use one of blog photos with a link to the recipe, but not the entire recipe.

Thanks for understanding,

Mellissa
