D - going out to Brazilian Grill. I hope I can eat and not shut down too fast. (beef, pork and a ****tail)

Good morning!  Had a great night out with the hubby last night!! Lots of good food, I really had to focus and not eat everything in sight.

I mostly ate some wonderful turkey breast and dressing, and then a few bites of everything else.  Left feeling satisfied without going crazy on the carbs!  The only thing that made me sad was that there was a HUGE open bar, and while I rarely drink...I could have really went for a few glasses of free wine!  But there is always next year :)

B- sausage/egg/cream cheese/cheddar breakfast casserole

L- salad with lots of taco meat and cheese, tomato, ranch dressing

D- EN's Hunk o' Critter with a beef roast is in my slow cooker.  Mashed potatoes and green beans with almonds for sides.

Snacks- lactaid milk, a pickle wrapped in ham and cream cheese, several more slices of ham, a few cashews, 3 bites of hubby's chocolate chip cookie (I asked for another bite but he gave me the stink eye lol)

I just looked up Brazillian Grill, and I must say that looks fantastic!  I really hope you can eat your money's worth lol.

lol  I never can eat  my money's worth there. Couldn't talk my son and DIL out of it though.

You just have to make sure you dig in to the yummiest looking bits first - I like that about my sleeve, no more saving the best 'til last coz you never know when you'll get too full.

Your Bites look good. I may have to warm up a little bowl of chili for lunch too.

Good day,

B: protein shake with 3 strawberries

S: yogurt with blueberries and 1/2 banana

L: scrambled eggs with cheese and 4 slices bacon

S: protein bar

D: no idea

I am working graves tonight so I have nuts, celery and pb so far to take with me and a shake for early morning

vits: supper and bedtime, just not my sleeping pills, I will save them for morning
