spinach/feta cheese pizza.  scraped toppings off 2 slices onto 3 piece.  cracker thin crust

bunless burger w/pickles & mayo

few oven baked fries

corn

1/2 donut

double protein coffee

vites:  all in

fluids:  90+ oz

Atkins frozen dinner

Atkins protein bar

Diet Hot Chocolate

 

I think that is it.  Missed my calcium batches during the day.

I guess tomorrow I will try on the clothes I bought a couple of months ago for the vaca that got camcelled.  I'll have to keep this weight off now until summer lol.

 

My daughter needs a car and although I had planned to drive my current car another 100k miles (it has 138k on it now) I guess I will give it to her and get a new dog taxi for me.  I plan to be doing some real driving so I guess it only makes sense to drive something newer on a lot of out of state trips.  She'll just be driving around town. THere goes my hope of a Mini Cooper out the window.  :(

BBQ ribs could give us world peace if we worked it right--no matter if it is pork, beef, lamb, tofu ribs or McDonald's mystery ribs.   ; )

How did it get to be Saturday already?

Breakfast/Brunch:

Cheeseburger with bacon and mayo.  I ordered it with no bun and they brought it with a HUGE bun so I sent it back.

Atkins Bar

I'm not hungry in the least.

Walked the dogs and trained Vamp.

Vites all in.
