Going to add some more protein, already down to s2 on that list.  Seem a bit hungrier today.  Of course it makes up for yesterday I guess since I didn't eat much at all.

Well today should be a fun day!  My husband's union is having their Steward appreciation dinner tonight.  So we will be traveling out of town for the banquet tonight.  Our 2 year old son will be spending the night at grandma's house.  So we get a free dinner AND a night to ourselves.  I'm thinking afterwards we are going to come home and stay up late watching Netflix and sleep in until noon tomorrow :)

B- 4 sausage links, a few bites of Marco's Cheesy bread

S-Muscle Milk (20g) and a few cashews

L- toppings off a piece of Pepperoni and extra cheese pizza dipped in ranch dressing

D- no idea what they will be serving.  Hoping for some roast beef though!

Feeling pooped today! Low energy... Weight loss has been really slow - which I was told to expect since I'm a second stager... But it's still a smidge disappointing. When I get real with myself I acknowledge that I've lost 20 pounds since surgery and I'm thrilled - what is my problem?!

Bites:
B - the insides of an avocado, mushroom and cheese omlet and a sausage patty... The eggs just looked yucky today
L - roast chicken leg & thigh
S - nut thins with sliced Swiss cheese
D - grilled tri-tip and Brussels sprouts with beets
S - popcorn with butter

Vites - yep
Cites - nope
