The only cheese I have had luck frying is called Queso Blanco. I fry it in a ton of butter in a nonstick pan. Fairly thick slices until it is brown on both sides. Then I sprinkle it with Splenda and a little SF syrup. I use more splenda and sryup for dipping. It is really a lot like french toast. I just have trouble finding the cheese here in Alabama. Some places you can get it at Sam's Club but not here.

I remember you telling me about this a LONG time ago. I actually forgot about it. The next time I go to the store, I'm going to have to look for some Queso Blanco. I'm not sure I can do the SF syrup though. I'm a syrup snob, and only like pure maple syrup from trees...not that Aunt Jamima stuff.

Ok yesterday was a full protein day really though I think I eat to much
Today:
b: protein shake with almond milk
s: 1 whole egg (made deviled)
l: 10 honey garlic wings
s: nuts and nibs
s: protein bar
s; carrot cake and pepperment tea
d: 2 breakfast sausage, 2 eggs
bedtime protein shake
vites: done except bedtime
exercites: quit the gym today. :(
If you aren't working out, you may want to cut back on any extra carbs. I do have to wonder how you eat 10 wings though. lol I can eat about 4 or 5.

I had to eat all 10 so they would be gone lol, took 1/2 hour to get them all in, if that counts. I feel like I eat alot, but usually it is only small amounts, like I have had supper and still need to fit a shake in, I wonder if I really need it? My person at the health food store said I should be trying for 180 grams of protein a day, I can't do it. She understands my health needs or comes across that she does or at least she is trying to help. My shakes are 42 grams 2x and my bar is about 10 grams, otherwise it is just what I eat. and that is hard to do
I don't think 180 is outrageous if you're labs show you need that much and you're working out. I get my 120 in shakes and just use food to fill the space. Lazy, I know, but it works for me and my labs.

snow damn snow. 1/2 hr ride home took 1 1/2 hrs.
very pretty snow. hubs said "it doesn't look real." and it didn't. looked like someone sprinkled glitter laced with diamond dust. about 2" worth of glitter.
