Given the weather conditions you're exercites are good and it was sensible to stock up. I've been overspending on my grocery deliveries, but I just don't wanna pop out due to the weather, so I'm having more at home.
Anyways, I've been more on the wagon the last couple days (I think I just had to have a 6 monthiversary mini binge earlier this week). Sugar free choc is on its way tomorrow, let's see how I like it - I don't want it to be too dark or I won't like it, but I don't want it to be so nice it's hard to resist, he he!! ;)

I skipped posting yesterday because it was pretty shameful! I visted my mother, and ate some sweet and sour chicken and crab rangoon. Whoa! BAD BAD idea!
So back on track today! But haven't been very hungry.
B- 1 egg, 3 sausage links
L- chicken breast smothered in salsa con queso
S- small handful of cashews
D- corned beef hash, cheddar cheese, 1 egg (only got down about 1/4 C of hash and maybe 25% of the egg
S-planning on a muscle milk (20g)

About to fry some cheese for "french toast."
I did go train Vamp outside for 45 minutes with a friend but I couldn't force a walk. First walk I've missed in a long long time. I napped. Which I almost never do.
I am going to try to make myself take myself to a movie by myself and if I can make myself go I will get popcorn with extra butter. It is easier to go alone to matinee movies during the week than on Saturday night. But I need to get out.
