Sorry about the lack luster responses yesterday, I was pooped and crashed early. Here's the plan for today.

D - BBQ ribs and green beans w/corn

Today feels like a a no food day.

Funny how my emotions are leading to my feelings lol. I mean I'm under stress and don't really feel like doing anything but I will walk today. Yesterday was very busy and I didn't get to it.

Hi Gina,
Another day just laying around the house. Tomorrow I'm going to try and get out and do a few things. We're traveling to Arkansas tomorrow for a weekend volleyball tournament.

I hope you have a place to rest often when you go to AR. Don't pu****  Build your iron and protein back up. Vitalady says those crash like crazy after plastics.

Been feeling guilty about laying around, it I think I be needed it. The tournament is all day for two days but our team plays later in the day. So I plan to just restart the hotel. Think I'll take my blender and stuff for my almond milk shake.
