ok back on track...I think

I have followed your most excellent advice and have gotten on the right diet I hope.  Here is a sample of a few days over the last week.

fat 101. carbs 57  protein 132

fat 74   carbs  63  protein 70  bad day

fat 117  carbs 60  protein 177

Obviously still struggling.  I have doubled my protein shake it has 0 carbs so that works great.  Still trying to control the carbs.  I have started using whole milk in my shakes etc.  I have had no weight change yet.  When I start to get it right does my bm,s change back to early DS?  Sorry, but I know you all are used to bathroom talk.  lol

You should see a change in a day or two.  If you're not eating any yogurt, start taking a probiotic pill to get some good bugs in your gut.
