Tummy ache.  Corn chips with salsa.  I couldn't resist today.  Feel bloated and painful.

Taco salad with the above (meat, cheese, lettuce, sour cream) and too much of the flour shell.  It is the flour not the corn that HURTS.

Diet hot chocolate

Blech.

Hi guys!  I'm REALLY struggling with keeping my carbs low!  Really have to kick myself in the butt if I'm having this much trouble so early out :(

B- Breakfast casserole (eggs, cream cheese, sausage, cheddar)

L- about 10-12 tortilla chips topped with queso,3/4  taco-seasoned chicken breast shredded, and sour cream (this was DELISH by the way)

S- 1/2 a cappuccino

D- canned bean with bacon soup

S- about 1/4 cup cashews

S-plan to drink a protein hot chocolate later to try to make up for my bad day!

I've noticed that the only thing that gives me any tummy trouble is drinking milk.  Otherwise the only effect I have from carbs is an extra trip to the potty before bed :(  So I have to gain some more self control!   This is MUCH harder than I expected. If anyone ever tells me I took the easy way out, they will be sorry lol.

Fluids: good...still can only do hot beverages though.
Vites: still working up to a full plan

It doesn't look too bad. I know the beans add carbs but there should be a lot of fiber in that soup too.
