I have been doing the day on day off thing but not daily, more like when I feel like eating I eat, when I don't feel like eating I don't eat. Example, yesterday I ate a handful of low salt pumpkin seeds,2 oz beef brisket jerky, and about 2 oz of steak with 3 or 4 forks of broccoli and cheese.
couple ways to make protein coffee. actually you can buy it but higher in carbs and way more expensive too.
if you like it cold like a latte
just add instant coffee crystals to a vanilla protein shake.
If you like it warm like a regular coffee.
brew some coffee, let it cool
use that coffee to make your protein drink, for regular coffee try to find unflavored protein powder.
I vary between the 2, but because I'm lazy I trend more towards the cold latte side (much easier)
we all have different versions of protein coffee. here's mine
in a large mug (i used a 16oz travel mug) pour in some hot coffee
add which ever you prefer/tolerate, milk, cream ,1/2 n 1/2
add 2 scoops of champion pure whey stack protein powder ( i do one chocolate scoop and one scoop vanilla)
stir well to combine and enjoy.

D- turkey and 1/2 baked potato with butter and sour cream

exercite none today
If you go low carb, lose the baked potato, I bet you can do it. I've seen a couple of folks with 50 pounds of regain or so lose it going low carb.

Maintaining after 3 yr surgerversary. Need to fill my 2 weeks of vits.

B: 3/4 plate of; 2 eggs, 1 c frozen potatoes w/ green pepper & onion, cheese, 4 mini sausages all mixed together & 1 & 1/2 pieces of whole grain white toast with butter & black berry jelly & a 1/2 c OJ
S: recess candy bar, 10 ruffles potato chips w/ SC & onion dip
L: 5 chicken nuggets & sweet chili sauce
S: straw/ban yogurt
D: bowl of hamburger, cabbage, potato soup, slice sharp cheddar
S: TBS peanut butter dipped in cup of chocolate pudding & 1 c milk
EVE VITES: done

Excercise: grocery shopping
