I have been Approved!!!!

Called the insurance company today and they said the surgery was approved!!!! But then said that doesn't guarantee that they will pay not sure what that means. Also they said they have a surgery date of Feb 12/13th. but Dr. G said probably April so not sure what is going on with that, but right now I don't care I have my APPROVAL!!!!!!!!

That means that you have met medical necessity, but the 'other side' of the insurance company has to deem if they will pay or not. Insurance & their games.

BUT YEA!!!!! WOOT!!!!!

Excellent!!! I have seen you have been waiting for that! Congratulations & good luck! I live in Jersey too....south NJ...near Atlantic City. My surgery was on 12/18/12 & I have been doing great & I know you will too!

Thanks--should have my date by Monday can not wait!!! Surgery will be in April (hoping for the beginning) but that is only a little ways off :)
