Oooooh STALL!!!
At 14 weeks post-op, the best way to break a stall is to stay off the scale. Unless you're consuming massive amounts of carbs, or your DS is mechanically flawed, there is pretty much no way you can stall. Stay off of it for four weeks, and let us know how it works out.

Definitely not eating a massive amount of carbs. My husband would leave me if I did that. LMAO!!! Carbs give me gas and gluten is intolerable now. I try to be very conscientious about how many carbs I take in over the course of a day. I strive for 40-60 g's a day. Like I mentioned above, I think it was around this time that I stalled with the sleeve for the first time. My body is just re-adjusting and I know I'm losing inches. I try to only weigh once a week. But when I'm actively losing, I need the visual motivation seeing the number on the scale go down... ya know... It's so hard to see it physically.
I'm gonna keep at it and I'll keep yall posted!!!
Try pushing the fat a bit more, say 150g. That's about my limit as I get the oil slicks if I have too much, but I'm going to push the fat a bit this weekend as I'm struggling weightwise too.
