I forgot I had my dexa scan after work tonight (hence no exercites).  They did my hip and spine... aren't they meant to do your wrist too?

Anyways I'll get the results in 2 weeks.

I think they always do my wrist too during a dexa scan.  Looks like we both went a little bonkers this afternoon and evening.

B - egg whites scramble with smoked salmon and cream cheese and a slice of almond butter bread
L - tuna salad over butter lettuce with sliced fennel and mozzarella balls and salad dressing
S - yogurt with blueberries
D - Flank steak with twice baked potatoes (at least a bite or two!)
S - Cheese if I need to nibble

Vites: yep
Cites: nope

It's my nephews 5th birthday and I thought I might have a bite or two of birthday cake as an experiment... Yikes!

Hi Gina,
I'm hanging in but today was tough. Got more uncomfortable as the day went on so decided to take my pain medicine regularly for a day or two. Had a post op visit this morning then I go back tomorrow to get drains out. Did really bad on eating.

Bacon
Protein shake
Toast
Grapefruit
Pulled pork on 1/2 bun
Protein shake
Shrimp and cheese wrapped in bacon

Yep, keep taking your pain meds. I hope things ease up and heal quickly. Rest.
