Ongoing food and pooh issues

Oh honey!   You need more fat!   You need nuts!   You need butter and olive oil!   Skip the grain for a while, skip the fruit.    Eat a big caesar salad dripping with dressing, or a spinach salad.    Eat a couple of handfuls of almonds or make some low-carb almond meal pancakes.   You'll poop - no problem.    I have been trying to low-carb for the past couple of weeks to drop some holiday weight, and I've found that the longer I do it, the better I feel and the easier it is.   Good luck.
