Tummy Always Grumbling??

My stomach is always grumbling. I noticed its always at the worst times. like when im on the train on my way to work or on my way home from work... It happens ounce I lay down to sleep... Or lay down with my boyfriend... Very akward. It even happens when im eating....im put food in and it still grumbles?? Any advice on how to stop it?

Shoot - if you find out, let me know.  Mine is always worse as soon as I start eating.  It's like the minute something goes in, I can feel my tummy start working on it.  And if I get too hungry, I almost feel like I have a big bubble in there and it makes me burp.  Weird weird weird!!!

3.5 yrs out for me.  right now my tummy is a rumbling and gurgling.  the gurgles are the loudest and can go on for any entire day.   sometimes it sings so loud it's scary.

I've noticed mine starts grumbling when i eat and I'm full and must stop.

It was very loud for me for the first year or so post-op.  When and if it happens now, it's the loudest when I've eaten too many simple carbs. 

Haha, that's how we rolls!  The only thing you could do is get used to it.  I'm just a sleeve and there was just a post about this - I think it was on the private vet forum.  We are loud.  It does simmer down it seems a little further out post op but it pops up in streaks.  My Lap Banded stomach used to sound like plumbing and make these noises too.  Maybe it's the nerves on the stomach???  Only thing you can do is always make sure your surroundings are never too quiet when you are experiencing a streak of wild stomach noises.

Mine makes several strange sounds. I never know what causes it. It can happen at anytime. My lap band stomach never made strange noises.

My cat likes to lay on my stomach, and sometimes my stomach noises are so loud she jumps!

TIP!!!

First of all my stomach growl in the morning, normally when Im not finish using the bathroom, or when its building up to eventually go to the bathroom.   If I have too much carbs, too much grease like butter and sugary soda, my stomach growls.

I am approx. 2.5 years out, and I like where I am pretty much, minus probably 2 pounds less would be good. Anything smaller, the skin on my face doesn't look right.

It works for me- and its probably not recommended for people who is trying to continue their weight loss, or who is in the beginning stages.  But I have noticed when I make my breakfast sandwich which is honey wheat or wheat bread (I prefer honey wheat for taste) eggs and bacon sandwich in the morning, my stomach doesn't growl. I DON'T HEAR NOTHING.   Its like the juices need something to help to absorb, and that would be the bread I guess. I'm good all that morning, and basically practically all day, unless I eat or drink something that counteracts it.  For me the typical counteract for me is chips, high in carbs, Chinese food, or my favorite soda which is Pepsi.

My stomach when I was dating was soooooo embarrassing.  I just broke down and told this guy, hey I had surgery...but really it was none of his business., but hey you live and you learn.  He said he was wondering what was going on, it sounded like something was being chopped up....I do not know where he think that......not to me.
