Ibuprofen

6 months out...can we take ibuprofen? I want to start training for the half-marathon, but my knees are killing me.

Also...how do I change my weight ticker(s)? I can't find it anywhere! lol

Sure. But I take them occasionally. No problems with it though.

You can take anythning with DS, but don't go too buttwild. I would also recommend Glucosamine and Chondroitin to loosen up the joints.
