M1: Fat free Protein coffee

M2: Protein- left over chicken wings

S: Peanuts/Almonds

M3: Full Fat Protein Shake (when I pick up some cream)



Vites: Getin' em' Done

Cites: walkabout



At least I'm finished off the Almond milk and will only use water and Heavy cream now so fewer carbs...

Lol, bought cream and unsweetened almond milk. Only 1 carb difference.

Went to make the shake, cream was spoiled... Used almond milk instead. Also bought some chicken deli and some pepper jack cheese. Had 2 slices chicken wrapped around a slice of cheese and protein cappaucino for breakfast.

Plus did a mile around the interior perimeter of the Wal Mart

Yes we buy a big bag when we go to Ikea.  They're my emergency standby and take less than 2 minutes to nuke a single serving the microwave.

Fasting as of midnight...,yuck!!!! Needless to say my nerves are getting to me,
Found a new shake recipe that's more filling....made with almond milk. So far no GI issues with it.

Bacon
Protein shake
Pumpkin bread
Brok's pizza
Protein shake
BBQ pork
3 bites of applesauce
1/2 bun

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: laundry, housework, cleaned out a closet (need to stay busy)
