I'm a little snowed in today (probably could go out, but it should be avoided unless really necessary), anyway that's how come I had the same for lunch and dinner... draining the cupboards.  I should get more groceries delivered tomorrow morning before it snows again so all's well.

Weightloss Mode

B: Eggs and bacon

S: Protein Coffee

L: Lunch meat and cheese

S: Deviled eggs

D: Pork steak

S: Yogurt Yummieness

Vites: All but last two doses in

Exercites: 30 minutes on the bike

Fluids: working on 100 oz

Protein: 150

Carbs: the plan is 30, I hope to not give into temptation like I did last night at Panera Bread. The cookie was sooo good.

Finally decided I had to eat at 7 pm.  So I fried up a half pound of bacon and scrambled 4 eggs with a ton of cheese and had an atkins bar.

I'll do better.

Vites all in (all 6 extra Calcium doses today)
