I'm back...hope your dental appointment went ok.
Ps Monday andi'm feeling a little nervous. Money is paid so I can't back out... Lol
Trying some new protein shakes this weekend. I want to lose about 5- 10 more after I recover? Need a plan though...can only eat about 60 grams of protein a day and get really hungry is I rely on shakes,
