I saw a spreadsheet somewhere for DS'ers I think it was for blood work.  Does anyone know where to find this?  Also I've been keeping track of my daily nutrition and excersie through myfitnesspal which is geard towards "normal" people.  DOes anyone know of apps that are specifically for us?bp, etc...

Also what iphone pedometers do you folk use to track your steps/runs/activities?  Does it synch well with MFP and what does it cost.  I've been trying runtastic pedometer but it doesn't seem to synch with iPhone anymore so what do you folk recommend.  I'm looking for one seamless suite for tracking nutrition and movement maybe even overall health such as hr, bp, etc...

I seen something on DSfacts.com. One of the Vets had a programmer to create a program. I couldn't download it to my computer though.

yes, thanks for the info.  I remembered where it was shortly after I posted the original message.

I've been using My Fitness Pal, too.  It's not perfect, but it helps me track my protein and water really easily.  Plus I can link it to Pedometer Pro on my iPhone and it feeds in my walking activity into MyFitnessPal so I can track that as well.  We need a DSer that is a software developer to create a DS tracking app!
