Been doing well since Thanksgiving.  I had an Atkins bar instead of protein and then some Greek Yogurt.  Still a good day.  Today it is SUNNY so a nice long walk (or two) will happen along with some dog training!  Woot!

Feeling better but not well yet.  Forced protein again today.

Bites:
2 big bowls egg drop soup, total 5 eggs
leftover brat and baked beans
several cups of homemade cream of chicken and mushroom soup
greek yogurt and hemp/chia seeds
choc bar w almonds

Vites: yes
Cites: none

B: ham, egg, bacon, cheese & hash brown on toast sandwich

S: glass of milk w/ choc carnation breakfast shake mix, 6 large shrimp w/****tail sauce

S: 5 granola nut snack chunks dipped in choc.

L: 2 pieces of symphony chocolate toffee bar, tuna fish sandwich w/ lettuce & cheese, 5 Doritos,

S: strawberry banana yogurt, oatmeal raisin cookie

D: 1 beef tamale (w/ mayo & salsa dip), 4 Doritos, 2 slices cheese, 2 pieces steamed broccoli, & 2 bites mac n cheese

S: grilled double cheese sandwich, 5 Doritos & salsa

ALL Vites: done

Your carbs would kill me but I understand you need to have them to keep your weight up. You look great. Keep doing what you're doing.
