tiny tummy day.  eh.

double protein coffee

pickled egg

4 slices bacon

chinese take out:

4 shrimp

3 broccoli

double protein coffee

1/2 chocolate donut

diner for dinner:

ordered a fried egg sandwich on rye toast.  came w/2 fried eggs, 2 slices of cheese, 2 pc of scrapple (gina - read haggis - lol)

i could only eat 1/4 of the sandwich

vites:  missed 2 new calcium. all else in

fluids:  72 oz

Hi friends!

bacon (only half a package today lol),3 fried eggs

KFC double down

Fried cheese "French Toast" (Queso Blanco with splenda and SF syrup)

Popcorn

I taught my dog class tonight...wore me out (in a good way)

I always get my vites in so no worries there.
