B - egg white scramble with 2 oz ground beef, mushrooms, spinach and cheese with a slice of homemade almond butter bread
L - Fage 2% with blueberries and slivered almonds
S - sunflower seeds
D - short ribs with brussel sprouts and cauliflower mash
S - cheese or popcorn
Vites: yep - darn calcium tho...
Cites: 30 mins on elliptical

olives

1/2 a poptart (it was stale and i just kept eating it - stupid)
1/2 scrapple samich - scrapple, melted cheese on buttered rye toast
double protein coffee
vites: starting bedtime batch in a few
fluids: just about 90 oz

Been under the weather, but somewhat improved today.
Bites:
4 eggs and cheese
homemade beef vegetable soup sprinkled w tstd hemp seed
SF choc pudding
poached chicken
pork rinds and french onion dip
egg drop soup
Vites: y
Cites: none - not even dog walk
