- Good question. I need to go raid the freezer and see what's lurking in there .   Camper's stew w/chicken. Chicken thigh meat, okra, onion, tomatoes, and corn. Turned out great!

VITES:

evening batch: almost done    

EXERCITES:
None, really. 4000 steps at work.

Dang it, I made a nice juicy medium steak but after 3 small bites I'm full. Gotta cut much smaller (European size) instead of these humongous American portions.

Americans really do pack in the portions...

Don't we though?  I can barely stand to eat with my family when we go out to a restaurant. They eat so much so fast!

Meh, I flaked on the exercise (well I had a 20 minute walk at lunch - if you don't take food with you, you have to go out and buy some!!).

The 2nd link mentions caffeine as being back for the bones - do you actively avoid it?

I drink less caffeine now than I used to. I mix my regular coffee grounds with decafe...pretty close to 1/2 and 1/2.

I didn't add the jam topping - but I did get some sugar free hot fudge topping for those that wanted to add it. very satisfying - let me know how your cheesecake turns out!

Got some pretty devastating news today and really wanted some sweets. Just as a pick me up, not in a food addicted way. That old world donut shop was calling my name but I drove right on by and bought some hot dogs and flat-out flat bread. Gonna have that for dinner.

Change is inevitable it's how we manage change. I got some serious managing to do.
